A:Before submitting an emergency support request, please review our Emergency Support policy below.

Please note that you can reach OpenSRS Reseller Support via telephone at 1-800-371-6992 Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm eastern standard time. Please refrain from using the emergency pager during business hours.

OpenSRS technical operations staff are located the North American Eastern Time zone. Submitting the Emergency Support Request Form will page a 24/7 on-call Technical Operations team member who has access to the Internet and your Reseller account. All valid emergency requests will be dealt with promptly, but we do ask our RSPs to be mindful of the time zone difference and use their discretion before submitting a request.

Please note that the following situations do not qualify for Emergency Support:

* Adding funds to your account - we have mechanisms in place to notify you when your account balance is getting low. Our Payments Department does not operate 24/7, so paging the on-call Tech will not expedite the process. For more information please see the Payments FAQ


* Changing/Adding IP addresses to the registration server allow list - Resellers can now do this through the "Manage script/CGI Access IPs" link in the Resellers Web Interface.


* Support requests from Resellers still in the Test Environment (horizon.opensrs.net)


* Anything already covered in the FAQs/Documentation


* Inquiries outside the scope of Technical Operations (i.e. inquiries better directed to Sales, Payments, Transfers or Admin departments)



If you are paging us to report that you are unable to connect to the Resellers Web Interface, Manage Web Interface or the live server rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net, please ensure that it's not a local network connectivity issue. As well, please include a traceroute to help us find the root of the problem.
